Whilst a strong personal prayer life is vital in a dynamic relationship with God, we also encourage times of corporate prayer together. Below are a few ways in which we seek to facilitate prayer within the church.
Meet to Pray
This is an opportunity to get together and pray on the first Sunday evening of each month from 6-7pm. It is a great way to start the week. All are welcome.
The Prayer Chain is a way for people to gain assistance in prayer for any pressing problem. It is also a way for any person to act on God's command to love one another.
Please forward prayer requests to Mel Muir: email@example.com or Rosemary Lycett: firstname.lastname@example.org
We hold regular prayer nights throughout the year. These often include a time of sung worship and may be themed around a particular topic. Details of the next event will be publicised on the website and in the weekly bulletin.
Early morning Sunday prayer
Before our Sunday services a few of us meet to pray. This is an unstructured time as we seek to just spend time in the presence of Almighty God and enjoy him. Adoration, praise, worship and intercession all lead from a place of beholding Him.
