Worship

Sunday Mornings

We normally hold two identical services on a Sunday morning at 9.30 and 11.15. (Please see home page to check)

Before, between and after the services good filtered coffee and tea is served.  The first 15 minutes, before the children go to their groups, usually contain a song, something for all ages and 'Family News', which is an opportunity for anyone to come to the front and share something meaningful that has happened in their week.  After the children leave, we have a mixture of songs, prayers, a reading from the Bible, and a 20-25 minute explanation of the reading and its practical implication for us today. The services are relaxed and no one will be asked to do anything that they are not comfortable doing. Our worship songs are contemporary with an occasional older one used as appropriate. The pictures below will give you a feel for what we're like.

Our dress code is informal - just come in what you feel comfortable wearing.

At both services there is provision for children. At the second service our youth groups meet. On the first Sunday of each month we usually celebrate Communion together.

Why not listen to one of our sermons to get a taste for our teaching.

Sunday evenings

Every 3rd Sunday of the month at 7pm we hold an informal service called 'The Living Room'.

This is an opportunity to worship, pray, share, be quiet, try some new ideas, learn some new songs and be led by the Holy Spirit. You are welcome to join us
