Coffee House
The Coffee House was established in 2008 when the churches together in Bransgore decided that the community would benefit from a meeting place where they could
come together with friends and family, in a friendly environment. The Coffee House aims to give each and every customer good quality snacks and homemade cakes, alongside the best bean to cup coffee in the area.

We are staffed by volunteers who give up their time to us running, either in
the Coffee House or by making our delicious soups or cakes, without them, we would not exist.

All our sessions aim to be interactive, and allow a safe, fun space for youth to connect with one another and our experience team, whilst providing space to also explore the issues of life they might face, as well as faith and God.

Memory Lane
& Carers' Café

At the end of February 2017, after consultation with local people and health professionals we began this much needed initiative. It is a social group for both those who have memory loss or dementia issues and their carers. The afternoon includes stimulating activities, often involving singing classic old songs that stir the memory, and refreshments whilst the carers can relax and enjoy some quality time out with people in the same position as themselves. This group is run every other week on a Monday 2-4pm.

Village Involvement
We have close links with other organisations within the village as well as the other two churches. Amongst other things we are involved with the annual village Fun Day which is organised by the Rotary Club. We also support them in running the Village Lights switch on at Christmas and the Fun Run. At Christmas we work with the scouts in providing a Campfire Carol Service. We encourage members to be involved in village activities to be a blessing wherever they can in the community.

Project Rusova
Committed to holistic care of Romanian villagers. BCC first became involved with Romania in 1990 just months after the fall of the Ceaucescu regime. Initially taking aid, then providing funds to build churches.

In 1996 we started a ‘self-help’ project in the village of Rusova Noua near Serbia.
The project employs Josif and Stanca who oversee this work. Recently we have helped the indigenous Baptist church build a church for the village and have been working with local doctors to provide health checks for all the villagers. Over the years we have supported 8 students through High School and University.
